Artist's Description
A lone tree stands near a rocky formation, surrounded by soft hints of foliage in autumnal colors. Light brush strokes and minimalistic lines create a serene and natural setting.
I did many sketches of this tree next to a rock along a lake in New Hampshire, here is one during Fall season.
About Dominique Lecomte
Here are some of my works made since 1984, inspired by the little things of life, the spectacle of nature, the lines and forms of the world, the mystery of cities. I always wanted them to be simple, colorful, warm; to make you smile, to tell you stories that would appeal to your inner child and make you want to explore the world on and off the beaten path.
